Our Cancellation Policy

It is with regret that we need to have such a policy, however the alternative is to take a 50% deposit on all treatments prior to booking.

The majority of our customers would much prefer a cancellation policy that does not penalise those that attend their appointments.

Most of our staff are parents too, we know exactly the battles of the daily juggle with children, work and there are times when life gets in the way. All we ask is that you let us know. Some treatments take longer than others and often a ‘No-Show’ will take several hours out of the day that could have been offered to another client.

Beauty and the Bleach appreciate your understanding on this matter. Remember you can get in touch outside of salon hours, via e-mail, SMS, Facebook or by Telephone.

Please also be aware that if you cancel your appointment with 24 hours or less notice, you will be charged the full 100% of your appointment cost. In addition anything between 48 to 24h is charged at 50% of the booking fee. This is at manager's discretion and we of course understanding and reasonable. Please also be aware that no show appointments will also be fully charged for the appointment cost.

We also reserve the right to charge you 50% of your treatment cost for failure to attend your appointment without 24 hours notice.
